If I could turn back time I would contact my father, he left when I was a baby and I never spoke to him again after around four years of age and I regret not trying to get in touch with him as he was murdered just before my sixteenth birthday. I am now very close with my step mum and their 4 kids, my half brothers and sisters but I am always going to think about all the things I have missed out on by not having my dad in my life... How about yourself, what would you change?

I'd be smarter in school cause I realize that having friends and being popular isn't as important as learning. I'd also go to college instead of joining the Army.

I would have finished school waited 2 more years before i married my husband.. if he would have waited 2 more years. Because finishing school is very important it is hard to find a job without a high school diploma now days even a cleaning lady now days has to have a diploma..SO I would change that.

Hind sight is a beautiful thing! I only wish I could go back and just change a few things. I had a rough life growing up but I learned so much to spite the rough times. I would have kept telling anyone and everyone about my abuser until something was done about him. I would have stayed in college and told my "then boyfriend" to get lost. I would have not married the same loser, but then I would not have my two beautiful daughters, would I? I would have not been so naive and done some of the really stupid things I did. It is so easy to look back and say these things but to change even one of these things would have altered everything. But still......it is nice to dream of what could have been. I definitely would have danced every chance I had. I now want to tell all young people that you have choices and to make the best of everything you do because you don't get a second chance. Remember, if you can't live with yourself in the morning, don't do it tonight! It is your choice! Love yourself!
