Here are some sample lyrics from ten of Garth Brooks' hits. The challenge: see if you can complete each line, then name the song.
1. There's bound to be rough waters...
2. Rushing in long in the wind, now where only dreams have been...
3. I could have missed the pain...
4. Mama's on the front porch screamin' out her warning...
5. A warn-out tape of Chris LeDoux, lonely women and bad booze...
6. Operator, won't you put me on through...
7. When Uncle Sam dips in your pocket for most things you don't mind...
8. And when money talks for the very last time...
9. (Two parts) We call them strong... We call them weak...
10. Asking for a miracle, hoping she's not right...
So... how'd you do?

Thanks alot, I tried my best, which the only reason I knew most of the ones I did is because Garth Brooks is in my opinion my favorite country singer, and also the best country singer of all time, and I listen to his songs alot, and I have most of his cds.

While it would certainly be easy enough to cheat at this point, I swear I didn't look. Here we go.
1.) "and I know I'll take some falls, but with the Good Lord as my captain, I know I'll make it through them all." The River (from Ropin the Wind)
2.) "Burning both ends of the night." That Summer (from The Chase)
3.) "but I'd have had to miss the dance." The Dance (from Garth Brooks)
4.) "Girl you better get your red head back in here before the morning." Ain't Goin' Down Till the Sun Comes Up (From In Pieces)
5.) "seem to be the only friends I've left at all." Much Too Young (To feel this Damn Old) (from Garth Brooks) (HIS FIRST SINGLE!!)
6.) "gotta send my love down to Baton Rouge." Callin' Baton Rouge (from In Pieces)
7.) "but when your dollar goes to all of those standing in a welfare line." American Honkytonk Bar Association (from In Pieces)
8.) "and nobody walks a step behind" We Shall Be Free (from The Chase)
9.) part 1 "those who can face this world alone, who seem to get by on their own. Those who will never take the fall." Part 2 "who are unable to resist, the slightest chance love might exist and for that forsake it all." Standing Outside the Fire (from In Pieces)
10.) prayin' it's the weather that's kept him out all night." The Thunder Rolls (from No Fences)
So did I nail it?Great quiz...thanks for posting it.
