I think most of us set our GOALS based on desire. Isn't it. Do you think it is correct or can be it done some other way.
If Goal is to be set based on desire, how to ensure that we acheive our GOAL.Can anyone share their ideas on this.

I usually set my goals even in just the little things that I do just like what I am doing right now. I am currently desiring to get to my goal of achieving the one hundred post and get rated and get my first very own star after quite some time here in this site. I don't have enough time to spend here because I am just still a student and there are tons of homework. Also, I always do and give my best shot in all the things that I do at times. It also feels great after everything has been finished. Have a great time always my dear friend and cherish life.

Yes FM,
What you say is right, you have to have goals which are based on desire. Only if thetre is desire we decide on a goal isn't it?
Without desire or ambition for that matter there is no goal. If you want something you decide to do some thing. But not all things can be done at the same time. There has to be a time and plan for everything.
Without planning you cannot complete anything. I have seen that myself. I can do many things at a time and I am a multi tasker too. I have too many things to do at the same time.
I have to have a plan for that, give eyes some rest, do some of the work in the morning time, some in the afternoon and some like reading in the night before I go to sleep. So divide your work , what all you have to do according to the time you have, that is for example, I can do crochet or embroidery work which I love to do only in the afternoon when there is bright sunlight etc. Reading papers I can do in the night bright sun light is not required for that..
If you persist on a plan you'll succeed That has been my experience.
