Does Any body know who invented the Flourescent Light?

Do anybody know who invented the Flouresecent light? I do know but theres a conflict who really discovered the flourescent light so please clarify it tome:)

Nope they are not the main inventor of that is a FILIPINO with the last name Flores thats why they name it Flourescent light only GE buy and made the patent for that but the main inventor was Agapito Flores a FILIPINO and same as me lols I wish I could invent somethibg like that lols

well then read my post lol:) I dont know either if it is coorect coz thats what I remember during my elementary days whic my teacher tole us and read in the books that the flourescent light was invented by our fellow FILIPINO but only bought by GE and give the patent to it :( thats what we lack in here govt. support to our inventors :)
