Besides the obvious treasure hunt. I've already got that planned. But this is going to be huge family event, with a lot of kids all ranging in ages from 1 to 13 and it's going to last all day so I need lots of ideas.
So, far we're doing lunch. We're going to grill so everyone can eat. We're going to do the treasure hunt and we're going to do a pinata' but I need a few other game ideas. Since the theme is Pirates and we don't have pool I'm having a hard time coming up with any other games.
If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate them.
Thank You

You could do a spin off of pin the tail on the donkey. Instead you could do pin the pirate on the ship. Takes longer than you think it would Last year we did pint eh pants on Sponge Bob for my son birthday. A few years a go we did pin the tail on the dachshund for my fur nephews birthday.
You could also offer a craft like making pirate hats. Set up a fort outside (or have them make it) and have pirate fights.

I already ordered them pirates hats but the idea for the pin the pirates on the ship is a good one. One year we pinned boulders to a dump truck for a construction themed party. Thanks
