Mine went up 5 dollars a month. I guess everything is going up. On the plus side, I think the speed has gotten slightly better. Well, maybe it's my imagination. I think if I'm paying more, I should be getting more. But, my computer is too old, anyway, for any upgrades.

Mine has actually gone down. I was with Verizon, paying a combined $140 a month for phone and DSL; now I'm with Cavalier and paying half that for better DSL service (I can access my inbox!) and more features on my phone!

Wow, I'm glad yours went down since you were paying so much! I can't complain, then, because with a landline and internet together, I only pay $40 a month.

Everything in NJ has gone up...except jobs and how much you get paid (if you're lucky enough to have a job!). That's why I'm getting out!

Thanks darlin' for the Best Response--I just had the modem replaced (not even 30 days!). I appreciate it!

My bill is around $20 with free 50 national calls and speed is upto 2mbps. I thinks this is pretty cheap as speed is better. I have around 2.5 gb download limit and night unlimited download. So i do most of the downloading work in the evening and surfing daytime.

Mine is also same but last two months my bill is $38 My service provider has included some charges otherwise it will around $20 and 50 free calls + 2.5 gb limit and speed varies from 256 kbps to 2 mbps. Downloading will be extremely good but free download in from 0200 hrs to 0800 hrs that's the backdrop for my connection other wise everything is fine.

No. My internet bill is fixed every month. No matter how long time I've used it, it charges me the same price. So I like to be online because I don't have to worry about whether I have to pay extra money.
I love China

I can use mine all I want, but I pay a monthly charge, which went up.

That's great that it went down. It's unusual for anything to do down in price these days.

In a sense it has gone down for my service providers doubled the speed for the same same amount i was paying . i was using 64kbps speed for some 8 dollars per month but now it is 128 kbps for the same amount so it has gone down for me atleast.

That sounds like a good price for that speed. My speed goes up to about 700KB, but I usually only get 350-500 KB during peak times.
