How come is it that a person who for four and half years of working at a place where they arrive half an hour early each day gets no recognition for that but on the one and only day they arrive ten minutes late they are hauled over the coals with "tardiness" being thrown around?

It's really bad when we hear such type of partiallity even in the working office . IT's a really competitive world but there shouldn't be such partiallity. You should try any other job where they give you respect and recongnisation.

They just focus on your mistake, they never think about your panctuality. Its competitive world, so we must be aware of our activities. It seems they are waiting to throw u out by some radiculus reason. Its pre planned i think. U don't upset. U will get a better one. All the best.
