Best Home Improvement Store?

My husband and I will soon be redoing our guest bathroom, painting two bedrooms, and staining the deck. We usually visit Lowe's to get our home improvement items. They always have what we want, and I don't think the prices are too bad.
Do you shop at Lowe's, or do you prefer Home Depot or somewhere else??

Lets not forget about Wal-mart. Their prices are good and their paint and stains will hold up to the job. It seems that when taking on a remodel job, one will incorporate several home improvement stores before the job is done. Don't forget about your local stores who will be more than happy to have your business (the specialty stores like wallpaper and flooring).

Lowes is good, I also like ace since there is one right up the road. It dosen't have as wide a selection as lowe's dose but with the way gas is now I usualy pick stores that have the lest driving time.

Well our town is just building Lowes so I can't really help you there.. I do love home depot tho....
but I have heard that Lowes' is great!
I would just compare and get the best for my money... maybe some from one and some from the other!
