Do all dogs go to Heaven?

DO you believe that animals reincarnate into other animals? Or do you think they become angels? My dog, Mimi, is very much like the first dog I had during my childhood, Jackie. I got Jackie when I was around four years old and I remember picking her out. Those big brown eyes and that tongue hanging out of the side of her mouth. She was mine the moment i saw her. And she was the best dog a little girl could ever ask for, she waited by the front door everyday until I go off the bus. And if I rode home wiht someone else, she waited until the sun went down or I came home. SHe had to be put to sleep when I was in my soph/jr yr of high school. And I know the moment of death was 10 minutes after 3:00pm b/c i was sitting in Biology class and looked at the clock feeling a deep deep depression. Later my mother told me it was around that time, but she did not know exactly b/c only my father could stand to be there with her when she died. Years later Mimi and her brother Clooney (I named them) were dumped at a nieghbor's house, along with other puppies. They all seemed excitable dogs and Clooney seemed scared of everything, but Mimi. So I took both. Clooney initially started out to be my dog, Mimi was my mom's. But over the years Mimi, who shows so many characteristics as Jackie, has become close with me by her choice. And sometimes I tell her about Jackie and how she is up there watching over her and I and all the other dogs and people we love (ok the dog is like my kid people LOL). ANd when I mention Jackie's name she looks into my eyes. So I know this is not my Jackie, but if there is a spiritual after life for dogs I wonder if she knows her. So come on, humor me with this one.
