How annoyed do you get when someone leaves hair in the shower?

Currently, I'm living with someone that just does not know how to remove any hair they leave in the shower, from the shower. Everytime I take a shower, I find hair all over the shower walls and the floor. We do not have a drain plug or a hair trap so we don't have anything to catch hair there. However, they always leave hair everywhere else. If I happen to leave any hair in the shower, I usually remove it. Sometimes I may forget about it, but generally, I do not leave a mess in the shower. How annoyed do you get when you step into the shower wanting to get clean, only to find a mess waiting for you? Do you clean it up or make the offending party clean it up?

It's one of my pet peeves actually. I hate seeing those hairs stuck in the drain plug and the water can't flow very well. I have had roommates and housemates who were so insensitive and like they turn a blind eye to things like this. As if taking the hairs from the drain is hazardous to their health. I always make sure I leave the place spotless and no trace of my negligence. I don't want to hear other people saying unpleasant things behind me like leaving the place uncleaned.

I used to get mad when I found hair in the shower. It was disgusting. Then one day I complained about it and my two roommates informed me that, in fact, the hairs were mine, and that they were just being nice not complaining. I guess I'm shedding and not realizing it? On a side note, have you heard Jerry Seinfeld's stand up comedy routine about hairs in the shower or in soup/food? It's great, he talks about how hair is the one of the loveliest parts of human beings and yet once one of those beautiful hairs leaves the head it becomes one of the most vile things known to man. Too true.

I've actually never heard his comedic stand up about hair. I may have and I just do not remember it, but I can't recall it.

I get more annoyed if they leave the sink in a mess with hair or where they shaved. Or leave the toilet nasty. I recently bought shower head with a long hose and that makes it easier to clean a shower afterwards becuase they just have to turn on and aim and the hair gets washed down the drain although I have to take treezers and clean hair out of the drain a few times a year. Which definately is not a favorite job of mine.

I live with two of those! The younger one also leaves hair all over the vanity every time he shaves. He shaves his head too and makes such an awful mess. He rarely closes the shampoo bottle and even when he uses the last of something, doesn't throw the empty bottle away. I refuse to clean up after them.

I can't get too upset if there is hair in my shower because it would have to be mine! My husband has really short hair, fuzzy but shaved. The baby has short little curls still. I couldn't blame them if I wanted to as I am the only blonde in the house; long and blonde.

Hair is nice yes but when I see it in the shower I get pretty grossed out and annoyed because I look forward to having a nice shower and getting cleaned but then before I can do this, I have to clean it? That's not fair. I had a roommate like this once before and I finally did make her clean it up one time. Thankfully in my family, I'm the only one with longer hair where my hubby bicks his head and well my son, it's always nice and short. When I have a shower and I notice I have any pieces of hair on my hand I will put it on the wall of the shower, then after I get out I'll grab a peice of toilet paper and wipe the hair off the wall. That way it's not clogging the drain and I won't have to clean it out of the drain later on.

That is one thing I am conscious about because my hair is forever falling out and after I shower, even when it's just my family, I still collect it up. It may only be a few but still, I don't like others to see it.

Since I'm the only one that uses my shower, I only have myself (or the cats) to blame. Cats, you ask, well, they get in there and shed! To warm up the water (I have a handheld shower head) I spray down the shower to get all the fur, and anything else down to the drain. I prefer to pick it up dry so I wait until the next day to get it out.

i'm not thrilled about it,i tell you what.it'd take them 2 seconds to remove the hair themselves, but they don't.but even that pales in comparison to people who let it drip without shutting it fully off. then i will get in their face, because water is expensive around here.

Very annoyed. Good thing we have a hair trap so I can easily removed it after my shower. But the thing is, it seems that I am the only one who remove the hair. There are other people living in this house and all of us take a shower and everytime I'm finished with it, I get tons of hair in the trap. . And it's not even the color of my hair.
