How much do you know about computers?

That is hard question! :) I have to say even I play or use computer more than 13 years, about I still have a lot of problems and question about my computer! and it always make huge trouble to me! : (

I love my Macbook so much . Before I use it I knew nothing about Apple . But right now I searched a plenty of thing about this company , and many tips for my laptop .

i know about computer i can assemble pc in 30 minutes install anything like windows,linux any much more i also know some languages like java.c.c++ etc

Heh - I'm an old fart when it comes to computers. I started back when "building your own computer" meant you had to own a soldering iron and wire wrap tool. My dad and I built a computer based on the 8080a intel chip that used toggle switches to control addressing and data, and my first program just counted down a row of LEDs (the little red ones, not a fancy alphanumeric display). Today I use Macs, but I'm a systems engineer at a major telecom company, and I build systems and networks that run the internet. So I think I know a *little* bit about 'em. :D

i'm using AMD processor, with DFI motherboard and HIS VGA (ATI radeon X550). i know a little about computer, like assembly a PC, little programming (still study about this), maintenance my computer

I think I know alot about it....using it anyway. I don't know all the particulars about the hard drive but can find my way around doing things on it. It's pretty much just a matter of searching for me. I try to utilize as many programs as I can too.....I make movies for wedding etc. and since I am a writer and like photography I really use it alot. As far as the interior parts....I don't know a thing!

I know little more about my computer. I have intel 845 motherboard, pentium 4 processor, 256mb ram. My pc is 3 years old and I have not upgraded my pc till now. I have that old configuration now. I have windows xp operating system in it. I have experimented a lot with my pc. I learnt most of the things myself by experimenting with the pc. Initially I was sacred to edit registry, now I can make modifications to registry to tweak my system. I was worried about viruses before, now I have understood which programs to install, which one not to install.

i think theres still a lot of stuff to be known for me even though i know how the processor works but i would like to master the os controlling it and also program some real world problem solving applications. bye take care learn more and spread it to others who dont know it.

I know pretty much about my computer, like how it is put togheter, and what pieces. I got a P5K motherboard, Intel Core 2 Duo 8400, XFX GeForce 8800GT just to mention some. And I know about the system it is running, Vista Home Premium. So yes, I know about my computer.
