Try this out..take few leaves of mint..say around 30 to 40 leaves.. wash it and keep it aside.. Put a small frying pan with little oil in it..temper few mustard seeds,a tea spoon of urid dal(black gram),a table spoon of channa dal,2 to 3 dried chilly(or u can add chilly powder to ur taste) and a little tamarind water....all these u get it in supermarkets like asda,tesco or sainsburys..fry little asaefotida powder with this too..now add mint leaves and fry this till the leaves shrink..now switch off the gas,make it cool and then put it in the blender along with little salt to taste and water..grind it into a paste..now u can use this as a condiment for rice,bread or what not..which ever u chose to eat!!!Any doubts,let me know..

although it sounds wonderful, I don't know any of the ingredients, or where I would get them. I am not good at making foreign dishes though I do love to go and eat Indian at the restaurants.
