coworkers caught in the act

what would you do if youre in the situation that you caught your co workers doing bad? are you going to tell it to your manager or pretend that you dont see anything? me first i will going to tell to that co workers that his doing are bad and may affect affect his work....if he do it again after what i told him i will tell to the management what he is doing..

I think you are right. Its better to talk first to your co-worker about the mistake he has done. If he will listen to you then good for him at least he wont be punished or sanctioned, and will not do it again in the future.
But if he wont listen to you, its better to report it to the management for proper action.
