I don't really think that Arsene Wenger is responsible for that. What i've read is that Arsenal is still in the ring of debt after completing their new emirates stadium. So there are very very tight money in the finance department unable to make attractive salaries offer to players. And in fact why did Arsene Wenger did not make big spending last summer was because of the limited money available to him. And therefore he has no choice but to live accept the fact and to live with the situation. The greatest achievement of Arsene Wenger is he being to able to develop great players and make them great. However later on those great then wanting to leave because of the low salary cap. So just blame the finance board lol because they are unable to make good money like manchester united does hahahaha. I hope someday Arsene Wenger is one option that Manchester United will look into other than Jose Maurinho to replace sir Alex Ferguson when he retires lol. haahahhahahha it would be great to bring such a unique manager that can make unique style of play into the world of football. So we can see United style of play transform into Arsenal style lol

I think he has too much bias towards French players-! Why did he let Baptista go? Why?

Lol i thought that Baptista was only a loan player from Real Madrid. Madrid was doing loan to Arsenal because they were having excess player so to give him some football and make money out of it they loan to Arsenal. Arsenal of course want to sign Baptista but Real Madrid did not want to and he was there in Arsenal for loan. And if Arsene Wenger indeed want Baptista another question is do they finance board have the money to pay his salary? Again it is not his fault
