YOu must have a verified account to transfer the money to your own bank account. Or at least , I had to. I have a verified now and it has never disapointed me. Goo luck,

I think you will be able to use your pay pal funds. I think though it will be on things that take pay pal as a payment method. I know ebay takes pay pal and I think there are more places that do as well but I am not sure what they are. If you had a verified acoount I know you can transfer funds to your account.
