Paid2Seek scam or not?

i earned $5 and requested the payment on May 1. till now they have not yet paid the money and didnt even give me a notice. i just wat to know how many from myLot have received the payment? Is this a scam or not?

my friend, if your a non US member they will not pay you..so the best advice that i can give you is just to use up the credits to promote your other paid sites...i got disappointed myself because some members told me they pay other countries..
