India voiced concern over the building of chinese N-sub in in its neighbourhood. Really it is a cause of serious security concern.If china has secretly built a major underground n-sub base that could threaten India and other countries in the region Is it really a security concern for this region. Pl. comments pkc3000

I think that India and Pakistan both being nuclear powers is more of a concern seeing as how they bicker at each other. I understand why the subtle shift in power would cause India to pay attention but I don't think it's a real threat.

well when ever some military advances are made by a nation then a lot of shouts are there against that. it may create power imbalance and that is indeed harmful for the region. every country has the right to look after its integrity and care for it concerns. have a good day.
