Do you feel bad when you don't play with your puppy/dog??

My yorkie... Munchkin - This picture was taken a few days after I got her. My husband got her for our 2 year anniversary of being together. I was so happy to have gotten her. I got her a orange collar because orange is my favorite color and because she is mainly black it looks good on her.

Lately, I've been so busy trying to make money online that I feel as though I haven't been spending any time playing with my little yorkie puppy. I'm starting to feel bad about it. My husband and I haven't put her in her cage for a few days now, we've decided to let her sleep with us instead. She's pretty well potty trained and doesn't get into too much stuff. But I feel as though her energy has died down due to the fact we don't play with her as much. I mean my husband is normally away at work, but I'm at home sitting on the computer. I feel awful. I sit here and I see her laying in the pile of blanket, just going to sleep. I feel really bad because my husband got her for me so I would have some company while he was at work during the day and I don't spend time with her like I should. Have you ever felt this way? And what kind of dog do you have? My yorkie is a full breed and she's only 3 months, she'll be 4 months on the 15th. She is just too adorable in my eyes at least.

To tell you the truth, if mylot is the only site you are using to make money, it won't be very much; at least not in a short time. It's not easy to make money on here unless you can come on a lot during the day and have time to read and type. Spending some quality time with your dog is important, and you should try to do so more often. Have fun with your puppy!

Yes, I know that I can't get too far with just using MyLot as my only source of making money online. But I'm just trying to earn enough so that I can invest it in some other programs. But since I've written this discussion I've noticed about playing with my puppy a lot more. I just stop every here and there and decide to play with her. I just love to watch her attack a plastic bottle. She is quite funny to watch.

I completely understand. I try so much to play with her. But if I start it a little bit with her favorite toy, which is usually a toy that can roll around she goes crazy for it. And I won't have to play with her too much, because she would be too focus on her toy to bother with me. But when I stop for a little break I'll play with her for a good amount of time now. I just don't want her sleeping all the time.

well i do not have a puppy and i don't have to comment on this but i would certainly like to comment on the other issue..... that is doing my lot and forgetting other things to do... tis site is a great site where we are there to socialize and some money for that.. we have a lot of fun here .... but we should not forget the other obligations that we have to do. but if you really need to do more online work.. then still you must find more of the ways so that you should spend at least some time with your puppy. you can also bring your puppy with you and do your online work .... you wont feel bad. and find some time in between the postings to play a bit. thanks for creating tis nice post. have a good day.

Thank you for commenting on my discussion. I know what you mean. That's what I've been trying to do. It's just sometimes hard with her. She's still a puppy and she normally try to bite my fingers when I'm typing. But I've been playing with her after a few post. She has so much energy its crazy. But thats what I've been missing is her energy. I'm just glad to know that she still has it. I just need to help bring it out of her.

I have 3 dogs and my biggest "baby" is my chihuahua. She has a way of ALWAYS being with me. As I'm typing now she's in a little sling I made for her to hang and sleep on me as I'm on the computer! LOL They have a way of making us feel guilty no matter how much time we spend with them!!!! Just keep lovin' 'em and they're happy!

Some days I work 12 hours added in with driving time and such I am gone from my house for 14 hours. When I get home, I don't have the energy to play with the pups. I make sure my daughter walks them some on these days. Izzy is the one inside and she doesn't like to play. As long as I let her sleep with me and give her some good scratching she is happy. She is a dachshund, pure breed. She is 5 years old TODAY!!! Jack is a pound puppy, we are unsure of his mixture of breeds. He is 4 years old. Daxter is a Fiest/chihuahua mix. I am not sure how old he is, but it is around 1 or 2 years

I have a feeling that's how it might get to be once I start working at a real job. I'll start really feeling bad. But also it might not be as bad as I think it might. Except I don't have a daughter to walk my puppy. She's a full breed yorkie. She's almost 4 months. I just like it that I don't have to do too much for her to have some fun time with me. I love to roll our football around and watch her chase after it. If only you could see how she looks as she tries to get on top of the ball. I wish we could upload videos on here.

you can't be at the computer all of the time and the puppy does have to go to the bathroom. Stop for just 5 minutes and give the yorkie some love. Let him or her sit in your lap while you work but don't ignore the little one. Put yourself in there place. Do you like to be ignored??

I know I can't be at my computer all the time. I just notice that my yorkie will sleep. And I have problems with putting her in my lap because she is a puppy and she'll try to bite at my fingers when I'm typing. But my yorkie is potty trained already and she knows where to go. I mean I do stop from time to time now that I noticed that I haven't been spending enough time with her. And I'm not ignoring her. You make me out to be so mean.
