What is your favourite fruit?

What is your favourite fruit in the whole world?
If you can only choose one fruit, only one, what fruit would you say it's your favourite fruit in the whole world? And why is that? What do you like about it?
For me, if I can only choose one....then it might be strawberry. I love the taste, the sourness, tangyness and the hinden-sweetness, the scent. I also like the red colour of strawberry and its shape. And everytime, when I look at a big red healthy looking strawberry, I feel like it is saying "eat me eat me". ^^
So let me know what is your favourite fruit and why is that?

Hi! If I ahd to pick just one fruit that Ill want to have if it becomes the last and only fruit on earth I would pick mangoes. I love mangoes! The sweet fully ripe yellow one. The green Indian mango one. I even love packed dried mangoes. I jsut cant get enough of them. Well, actually I can butstill out of all the fruits this would be the fruit that will take a longer time for me before I get tired of it. I also love its shape. Other people might not see it but I think its shaped like the human heart. Not the typical heart shape that is used for shapes but the actual heart organs shape if you really look at it in a different perspective. You wont even have to use your imagination. You can see it clear as day that mangoes are shaped like the human heart. The legend of the mango is also that a heartbroken lady's grave sprouted a tree that has the fruits shaped like human heart. They said that the fruits are the heart of the lady itself and she want to share her heart with the other people. Of course the story is logner than that but thats the bottomline.
I love its color, its taste, its shape and I cant hide the fact that Im a sweet tooth so I can never pick any other fruit than mangoes.^_^

Thanks for your opinion. I also like mango....but the Thai one. Thai mango is so sweet and have nice scent. ^^

oh, just after I read your comment about the heart shape....I live in the UK and just last valentine's, I have bought a pack of love heart plum! They are normal plums but they have shape look exactly like love heart. It has nice taste too, sweet and juicy. and It also looks really nice. My husband and I enjoyed eating it a lot. It also make me feel so specially as it was the valentine's month. I will definitely buy them again next year when the velentine's comes. ^^

Oh, I havent tasted the Thai mango. Ill take your word for it... Really? Is that what is called 'love heart plum'? Ill go search it in the internet after I post this comment. Im curious as to how it resembles a heart. I didnt know of any human heart shaped fruit other than mangoes before. Thanks for the information and Im glad you enjoyed your fruits.^_^

Hi there tintinn,
My favorite fruits is grapes in all colors and dragon fruit.
also strawberry, Indonesian strawberry is smaller than yours and more sour. But i love them. Indeed they yelling "eat me !!" LOL
