Make Money Listing Stuff to sell

We all have things laying around our house that we want to get rid of. Well, I found a fairly new site that pays you to list those items.
Instead of having a yard sale, post them online and make a little extra cash for them.
Listasaurus will pay you $0.25 for every item you list on their site. You can even list in a category called Free Stuff for things you want to give away.
When you sign up for an account and start listing your items you earn money in your account. They payout monthly. I have been paid 2 times already from the site and have sold several items as well. There are no listing fees unless you add extras to your items such as BOLD or such. Kind of like ebay. There are no Final Value Fees.
When someone sees your item and wants to buy from you, you get an email. When the buyer pays all you have to do is ship it to them. This is a great site, if your interested...listasaurus.com

Thanks for sharing, I never heard of that site. I always use e-bay but the fees are a nuisance.
How do the people pay for what they bought? Paypal or check?
How does the seller get paid? Paypal? How secure is the site? You get paid for listing?

I list on ebay also, and know what you mean about the fees. Listassaurus will pay you $0.25 for every item you list. They payout once a month usually around the 15th and pay you through paypal.
When someone sees an item they like there is a contact button to send you a message through the site. It is up to you how you want to be paid. I have my stuff set up for preffered paypal payments. If they can't pay by paypal, then it is my choice whether or not to accept anything else.
As of now, there isn't a feedback or anything like that set up on the site, and it is not an auction style sale. You post the price and shipping you want to receive and thats how it works. Your listing stays up for 30 days. The site does have a post that they will be setting up auctions soon.

This seems really interesting. I've got some stuff that I really need to get rid of and i'd much rather be paid for listing them and pay. Is there a minium payout that you have to reach to recieve payment each month? If so how much is it? I have a loft (like a bed that you put a deck or dresser under) that I want to sell...is there a local pickup option?

As far as I know there is no minimum payout, but they pay once a month only. And you could add that your item is for pickup only.

shark - Thank you so much for this info. That sounds like a really cool site, and I am going to check it out as soon as I get done here. I see that you posted this 3 mos. ago; if you happen to see my response, I'd like to know if you are still having good luck with listasaurus. Thanks!
