Is google Adsence really working?

i am a blog owner www.simonpaul.blogspot.com which focuses on hollywood celebrities but the i think that i have not earned enough from google adsense which makes me kind of skeptical about the whole adsense thing, please i wan a honnest opinion do you really thing that google adsense works?

I have never used it myself, but I know people that have and it does work, but you don't earn much from it at all.
