I want my marriage to end

I have been married for over 30 years and there is nothing between my wife and I. She is married to her job and wants nothing to do with making the marriage work. I want a divorce so I can find another exciting woman who will satisfy me and I can satisfy her as well. I want my wife to be the one to ask for the divorce..what is a simple incantation I can say to make this happen ?

If you're that unhappy, why do you want to wait for her to initiate a divorce? Maybe she's just as unhappy and is waiting for the same thing. If so, then you're both wasting time you'll never be able to get back. Even though it will be extremely difficult, don't you think you owe it to her and yourself to be honest? You said you've been married for over 30 years; thats a long time in a persons life and I'm sure you've got good memories. Be honest and upfront. Go into the conversation knowing that it will be painful to you both, but let her know that you aren't happy and in turn can't make her happy either. You will feel much better about yourself in the long run if you do.
