As you know, Yahoo does a fairly good job of filtering out SPAM
and routing it to your "Bulk" mail folder. This folder has a deletion option, but since 99% of what is there is SPAM. there is no option to mark it as SPAM, as is the case with your INBOX.
HERE IS HOW TO DRASTICALLY REDUCE THE SPAM YOU RECEIVE:
*
1) AFTER YOU HAVE READ, AND SAVED WHATEVER EMAIL YOU HAVE IN YOUR INBOX, AND DELETED WHAT YOU DONT WANT, YOUR INBOX SHOULD BE EMPTY.
*
2) OPEN YOUR BULK MAIL (SPAM MAIL) CLICK ON THE BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE THAT SAYS "CHECK ALL" THEN SELECT "MOVE TO" AND SELECT "INBOX" THIS MOVES THE ENTIRE PAGE OF "BULK" MAIL TO YOUR INBOX.
*
3)OPEN INBOX, SELECT CHECK ALL, THEN CLICK ON THE "SPAM" BOX. THIS MARKS THE SENDER'S ADDRESS AS A SPAMMER, DELETES THE WHOLE PAGE OF SPAM, AND YOU DO NOT GET MORE FROM THAT/THOSE SENDER(S).
REPEAT THESE STEPS FOR EACH PAGE OF SPAM IN YOUR BULK FOLDER.
*
MERELY DELETING IT IN YOUR BULK MAIL DOES NOT MARK IT AS "SPAM" SO YOU KEEP GETTING THE SAME SPAM OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
*
DOING THE ABOVE STOPS THAT SENDER ADDRESS FROM PASSING THE YAHOO FILTER, AND BLOCKS THE SPAM!
*
AND EUREKA!!! 90 PERCENT LESS SPAM!

No kidding you have to mark it spam even though it goes into the spam folder and you delete it? Did not know that...
