yes, I like reading before going to sleep. Usually I will read some articles from magazines or newspapers, when I have nothing to read, I will even read my textbooks, because reading helps me get into sleeping. I'm not quite understand why do you think it's not a good habit.

I read every night before I go to sleep. Sure...it IS a good habit lol. When I read in the daytime, I don't get tired, but when I'm laying in bed with a lamp on reading, I seem to get tired quicker. I think of it as a prelude to sleep hahaha. If I'm reading something really exciting, a mystery or something, often I just want to keep turning pages, but eventually I my eyes get tired and sleep wins out.

Hi WM, I love reading before going to bed or when I have reading material around, the trouble is I have a hard time staying awake, reading a long book it would be better if I waited till it was made into a movie, a better chance of knowing what it is all about

I do like to read before going to sleep. It provides a quiet time that I can relax and wind down. I can generally go to sleep easier when I've spent some time reading first.

I like to read at any time. If i start reading a novel then i mostl read it untill late night. After that i feel tired and fo to bed thinking about the story i have read. If i dont anything perticular to read then i read newspaper so that i can get highlights of what happened in daytime.
