Yes actually, each of my dreams are like that. After time you can learn to know that you are dreaming and can have complete and total control. After that it is simple.Sometimes a bit freaky but rather enjoyable keeps you from having those horrid nightmares that wake one up in a cold sweat. Im not sure why people dream lucidly and some dream without that ability its rather odd but deffinatly worth looking into.

There are classes and workshops that teach lucid dreaming. It is something that you can teach yourself as well. Focusing on a symbol or object that you intend to see in your dream with the intent that it will remind you that you are dreaming is the way to begin. It is really quite an interesting pursuit. I envy people who can do it naturally. It took me months to be able to get to the point where I could do it, and I still have to practice. Great subject, thanks for putting it up for discussion.
