Well if you ar here then maybe you do..I was married twice..first one and me bought a home in california..we got a divorce many years later and we sold our home..split the money and i moved to Texas with number 2 (and he is)..not ever have been there we move across from his parents into a home that costs..you guessed it..the amount i had in the check..well i didn't think about it and put the house in both our names..then we got a divorce cause i couldn't take his family always into our business about 5 yrs later...so we now have to split the house down the middle..i asked him then to just put it in both our childrens names, but no..he didn't want to..well guess what today he calls me and says "I tired of waiting for the house to be sold so lets just put in it the kids names and then you can be rid of me"..Of course i told him this should have been done years ago..he said he never heard me say this...I let him know why and he agrees he was a very upset man back then..so this spoiled my beautiful day and now new paperwork and new tax forms and now you know why i'm tired..i think I'll go to dreamland..nighty night!

Gosh, I can only imagine how you must have felt. But there is a silver lining to everything - at least you both are "free" from each other, no debts, no nothing. You won't have to call him and etc... In my case, my ex still owes me a lot but I'm tired and a little fed up of keeping track or collecting it back. I just want nothing to do with him so I just let everything go for nothing...

never thought that life could be at times, difficult, plus having an ex.

Oh dear. Sorry sweetie. When men are upset they don't hear anything but their own words. Common sense goes out the door as well. I'm sorry it took so long but at least he did put his brain back in. I know it's a hassle. At least it will be one more thing you can put behind you. Ya know I love ya. Hugs

Hi Rosekitty, hope you slept well. Men always like to think it is their idea and can never remember you saying or suggesting. I usually just let them think it so cos they do anyway there is no arguing with them. At least you will now get your wish even if it means extra paperwork etc and you know that the children will have a secure roof over their heads. Good luck with it all. Ellie :D

Good going. Again you need to do the whole lot of work again. People do remember things often sometimes it is wantedly and sometimes due to the course of time. Have a wonderful life ahead.

Oh but be glad that it is getting closer to being over and done with.. Get all of the unfinished business done and then you can get on with your life.. Might be able to relax and enjoy now, lol.. Take a deep breath and move on... Hope nothing else frustrating is brought on to you.. have a great day.. Donna I have always love a sayin that I think was in a Jimmy Buffet sone, Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On.. Good advice..

hi rose. that is quite frustrating. hopefully, you'll be able to bounce back. its good that you still put your children's well-being. that is something that you as parents should always bear in mind. no matter how rough it got between you and your husband, the children's welfare should always be looked into. good luck and good health. i know you'll do well.

I can really relate to how frustrating that is. My mate doesn't remember a thing I say, I can tell him something one night and he has already forgotten by the next night. He has such bad memory.
