Drink two glass of water in the morning before break fast....

Hello dear friend. You are right that we need to drink some water before breakfast to make our belly have some water to help clean our body. I do not always drink water before breakfast, but now I think that I need to. Thank you very much for your helpful information, joysebastian.

I agree with you on this important subject. You should drink water before each meal; at least couple glasses. I would do that, too. Yeah, I drink lots of water a lot per day. Yeah, water helps your body maintain temperature and blood supply. Water helps to clean your body.

Yes, that is definitely a good idea. I have not been very good about drinking enough water lately, so I need to really start being more careful about getting more water each day. Last summer, I started trying to drink more water to be healthier, and it did make me feel better throughout the day. I started drinking a bottle of water first thing in the morning before going about my day, and it really made me feel good and refreshed and ready to start my day. I think I really need to try to get myself into the habit of doing it again. It can really make a difference!

My cousin told me last night to start adding a couple of teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a large glass of water first thing in the morning before breakfast and it will make you feel better....I am starting it in the morning. He said that he has been doing it for about 2 weeks now and it has made him feel a lot better.

I know that its important to drink water but why is it so important to specifically drink it before breakfast. Does it have something to do with hunger suppression when one consider weight gain. Or is it attributed to the cleansing of ones body. Could u please elaborate on how this helps.

I agree that at least couple glasses of water or more should be consumed before each meal. That is very great idea. I do not give up on that. I always drink lots of water per day. Because I walk a lot. Hydration is the biggest important factor in great health. I need to have enough fluid for the day.
