at 9:12 am local time on Mt.Qinhuangdao on Thursday.

But I wonder, if there will be a live coverage on that event. I know the torch is in Shenzhen, Guangdong province today, and tomorrow, it will be passed onto another city in Guangdong province.
I wish the relay will be smooth and peaceful, after all, it is just a sports event, not political bargaining...

I have to confess no government nor a host country in the world ever has attach so tremendous enthusiasm and energy addressing the torch reply. And few will arouse many international controversies like this one.

I am so happy to know that for the first time, Chinese climbers have successfully brought the Olympic torch to the world's highest peak, Everest. Our Vice President Xi Jinping sent his congratulations to the Chinese mountaineers who carried the Olympic flame to the top of Mount Everest, saying that holding the Olympics is a century-old dream of the Chinese nation.
