Stress :we are going to take a test

We are going to take a test on satauday. And of course i feel anxious .Maybe i should get to find someone to talk about it ,to unburden myself,to smooth my nerves.Unfortunately ,everyone around me seems to be in the same state .So i preside over the case myself :it is not going to be a difficult one .you have already taken in everying you are expected to know .So take it easy .
And now i feel a little better.

Hi! Yeah, I agree that you should unburden yourself especially in stressful situations like this. I also know how it feels to be pressured during tests and I cant get my mind off of it until I tell someone. I especially feel calm whenever i tell someone and while we are eating something sweet. I prefer also to eat junkkdoffs or fast food and expecially chocolates. This makes me feel better. If telling someone else make syou feel better then go right ahead. I and other peole here in myLot will be most welcome ot hear you and ease your worries. Goodluck on your tests and be sure to study for it too.^_^

Thank you very much!Now the test came to an end .I feel much better .
I have the same experience that when i feel stressed i feel like eating something sweet ,that is because we need energy to cope with the stressful suition .To my depression ,it contributes a lot to my weight.And sometimes i will do exercise to project my stress.It is a way .You can try your hand at it next time .

Oh, well, you are most welcome and congratulations for making it through the test. Its good that you exercise. The sweets contribute to my weight a lot too. Before I get to exercise while playing sports but nowadays there's not much time and place to play since its raining outside almost everyday and we dont have any covered courts to play in.

Not let a small test get on top on you!It is just a test,I am confident you can do well in this test.So do not think it too hard.It is no use becoming anxious when the test is coming.Forget the test and review your courses calmly.
Even though your records were dissatisfied at the end, that does not mean you are inferior,only you failed in this test.But you can do better in next.
Hope you will be stronger!
