Im not really scared of either, but since I don't know to much about snakes then I would not know if they were poisones or not. So I guess b/t the two I would have to say snake.

I am a women and I can honestly say that I am not afraid of either one of them. Even my husband is afraid of rats but as far as I am concerned they are more afraid of me than I am of them. I am afraid of bugs though. They send me running and screaming everytime.

I can cope with a rat but not with a snake.Snakes could be deadly. Sometimes if you do not kill a snake it will kill you.

I'm not scared about rats, moreover, I have little sweet rat as my pet:) They're so clever.
But when it comes to snakes, I think I wouldn't be afraid of snake if it's somebodys pet, but to see snake in the nature, yes, it would be scary. Fortunately, in Poland, where I live, it's very difficult to see snake in the nature:)
