Really MAC OR PC?

I am planning to buy a laptop and until now i can't decide between mac or pc. pc has an excellent third party developers while mac has the best hardwares available. or what should i really consider? i have an ipod and a zune by the way :)

Consumers Reports did a pretty good job of laying out the options in this months issue..

I really think that the Mac is the better system. Unless of course you play a lot of games, you don't really need a PC. With a Mac you almost never (if ever) get viruses and it is so much faster and efficient than a PC. I think the question you should be asking is, "Which Mac should I get?" :D

Ermmm i would rather choose pc if i am into gaming though. If the goal of your computing needs everyday is surfing, doing some processing on spreadsheets or typing documents than you can for MAC. But at the end of the day you gotta look at your budget and your needs ...
