how many hours do you spend in front of television

from survey, children spend too much time in front of television. it can be proved by the children around me. both my brother and cousin spend their spare time watching tv, boring operas, endless series~~it really hurt children's mental health if they are addicted to television programmes, i believe so

I just have a couple of shows that I watch ever week. So, I guess I don't really watch television a lot. Maybe 6 to 8 hours, I think. I have my regular TV programs that are weekly and I have shows that I watch constantly on Food Network.

Speak to watching TV,i would like to say something about myself.Yes,i like watching TV very much.I can stay at the home to watch tv day and day,i spend almost the rest time to watch tv,for example,the film,the soap operas,if there is no tv set,i think i may feel uncomfortable.I lost many things as i spend too much time to watch tv,so i determind to take this habbit away,i believe i can do it.
