Sleeping is really very healthy. It's like recharging your batteries so that it'll work.

I have trouble sleeping, too. Drink a cup of chamomile tea, take a warm bath, make sure your bed is comfortable, read yourself to sleep... there are many things that will help, but mostly I think it's in our own minds. I find that when I don't sleep, my head is full of plans or things I must do the next day. I write it all down and sometimes that helps.

I feel bad and weak too everytime I don't have enough sleep. Yes, sleep is very important to our health. We should get at least 8 hours of sleep daily.

I would say sleep is a gift to the mankind...I feel I would die if I dont sleep for 1 night...I stayed awake the whole night once n I felt horrible the next morning...I could not help sleeping the whole day...but r u sleeping alone...If u sleep alone ,u may find it difficult to fall asleep...try hugging a pillow while sleeping...u will be comfortable...

Having adequate sleep really makes one healthy and alive. For me, sleeping well is very important because I believe that it helps your body regain the strength that was lost throughout the day. Sleeping well and on time is healthy indeed.
