Is Vanity really bad?

Probably most of my friends on mylot would like to think I am a pretty vain person. I talk about myself a lot and I like to joke about how jealous others are of me ;) hehe but in "real life" I am not like that! Okay, maybe I am. I like to joke around a lot, and some people probably think I am serious about it and I can imagine there is a lot of "oh she thinks she's so great..." behind my back, but little do they know I am only kidding with them! I think everyone can stand to lighten up a bit. Now look at me, I am off topic with this!
