What to do with onetouch diabetic monitors?

I have lots of onetouch and contour monitors I got at a good price and was wondering if anyone knows any way I can make some extra cash selling them? I do sell some of them on ebay but not many.... and it is also very hard to make any money selling them on ebay because fees cost so much... any help would be great!
