Did you ever get a reply from myLot admin?

I havent heard a single thing from the last mail I write to them about something. I temted to write them now about my suddenly star drop from 10 to 7 in one day, but I discard the idea. They probably wont write me back either.
I know that probably lots of people write to them and complain. But when you open a forum and become admin, you had to prepare if your forum become a big hit like myLot.
They had to upgraded their customer service.
What do you think? Have anyone of you get a reply from mylot admin these days?

It's been a couple of weeks now, but I had problems more than once with referrals being linked to me. I emailed admin at least three times (over three separate issues) and twice I received a response in less than 24 hrs and once it took an extra email, but it was responded to and the situation rectified.

Yes I tried once and got no response but it wasn't that big of a deal I just said " ok what ever" and let it go. I found my answer out through someone here at mylot instead.

Way long time ago, like over a year ago, I wrote to the Administrator and they gave me a reply after a few days. But, I haven't been able to get any replies from them after that. I think they might be too busy and have not enough staff to deal with all the e-mails. But, I know other sites of the same size that I get quick responses from, but they aren't sites that pay.

Even i have asked admin something about my payment updates but i havenot received any reply from them. I also tried to send them reminder but no success. I wonder do they really reply or not?

:D... i haven't ever wrote a message to the administrator of mylot... as i didn't have any reason till now...i hopefully think the administrator of mylot will reply only to some of the messages...cause mylot is very big... and the administrator will be a lot busy...i think i have a complaint to administrator of mylot now... about when we reply to discussions we get a low cost... but i don't think its a complaint actually.. wot u guys saY?

I faced the same problem of star dropping. Infact, i fluctuated for quite a few days between 8 and 9. Even i got irritated. But i bserved this happening to a lot of people so i didnt raise any query to mylot admin.
Howver i did raise one or 2 queries earlier in this year when i had to recover my lost earnings from mylot. So i did get a reply from them saying that y lost earnigns will be credited again into my account within 5 days and i was happy about it.
I have never tried contacting admin again and perhaps i didnt find any need to. I wonder if that star rating ever effects us in any concern.

I have emailed them a long time ago about one of my referral not linked to me and they responded and fix the situations. It's been a long time since I sent them an email but I do see them once in while post some discussion on some issue here at mylot. I do think they will response if it merits their attention.

In the past I had a problem about the payment. So I asked Mylot admin and I am glad that they replied to me so soon. I am satisfied with it.
As to your star dropping, I think it has nothing to do with Mylot admin and I am afraid they can't solve it. As the people rate your posts and that's why your star will be up or down due to it.

i understand the frustration there coz i did wait almost 2 weeks before i got a response from mylot and the other one is a typical reply that i have to check the guidelines for me to understand my question. i didnt send another question as i feel it will be best not to and just be wary on my postings so i dont have to wait and wonder when they will reply to me.
some here get response within 24 hours, some waited for days, some weeks (like me and some they just end up waiting forever LOL.
i agree with you that they should update the customer service to better help the members here.
i know there are lots here who have complain and asking for a change but i guess since we are just a member here we just have to play by the rules and just hope that they will somehow do something about it.

I have never wrote to mylot admin, not sure how to. It would be good if they 'popped' in a discussion every now and then. It would be cool being a admin member!!!

Oh,hcpoirot,do you have for a very long time without login mylot?if you are always on the line or you often reply people's posts,perhaps your star rating can raise .
i never wrote to mylot admin, if one day i have a major issues,i wll write to them,i also hope that they can quickly respond me.

I didn't write any personal mail to them because i didn't get bad situations to complaint on this site and i have been working really good way and they are also paying me every day so i need to stand here for a long time.

I have never thought about contacting them. Since this is a forum and people can effect your star rating easily then I don't think that it is there problem. They can't be putting up peoples star ratings just because they don't like having a low rating.

no, i havenot sent any email to the admin. I have few doubts and wanted to clarify them with the admin but now i am worried if at all i get to hear back from them. As you said when forum grows bigger, the supporting system ahould also grow. Hope admin team will have a look into it.
