Girls!, What gets your attention from a guy most?

Personality then looks. I like a guy who is kind and considerate. And has a good sense of humor. This goes a long way with me.

Kind-heartedness. He can have the best body, beautiful eyes, smell good all the time and very well groomed, but if he doesn't have a kind heart and most importantly Respect I would not look twice. I'm old school and a man has to be a gentleman. He has to carry himself in a way that when you look at him you know he's a good person and knows how to treat a lady. I'm not going to lie, his looks would be for me ok to normal looking. I don't have to have a pretty man. Some of them are pretty on the outside but no so pretty on the inside. Quality you can't beat it, if the guy has quality I would try to stick with him. Oh I have one more thing to say. Most times-(Note: I said most times) if a man treats his mother with respect and kindness you can almost bet that he will treat the lady or ladies with the same.

Personality is definitely the best thing about a guy. But you also have to have at least a little amount of physical attraction. But if the guy is hot but a jerk I would never date him.

First and foremost....How he carries himself. If he is Confident, and Brilliant ( an absolute must ) If his views are exactly the same as Mine ( I know that's a shallow One , Showing possession ) If He has Curls....a Deep voice. And goes By Mel . I think ........ Yep.....I think his name just has to Be Mel or Gil either One is more than Sufficient for Me. Of course if he works on Machinery too that's a Major Plus!!!! But yeah......Definately the Name Mel. that does it 4 me!

I appreciate the bright and humor guy,but the most important is the honest he got to have.and he doesn't have to be really hot,but can't be urgly at least.

For me I need him to have a good sense of humor. If a guy can't make me laugh, I have no use for him. My brother teases me because I won't even talk to "good looking" guys. Guys would come up to my brother and say lame things like "dang your sister is hot, do you think you could hook us up?" My brother would have to tell them, "no dawg, your not her type... your too pretty" He's right, the pretty boys do nothing for me. Kinda look like they came out of a mold. But a guy that can make me laugh... whoa nelly. Thats what I like.

Em, to me, his body, hair-style, wearings, postures and the way he walks may draw my attention at the first sight. But in the long run, I appreciate those who have talents on this or that field and who have good personalities.

I think a guy's looks get my more attention than others when i am a young girl,but now ,i will prefer to judge a guy from his personality and his kinds of good qualities. I ever see a hot guy,but i don't like him and i would not like to do anything in order to like him.The last, i will not go out with a guy just because he is hot.

Firstly his personality then his look. His look will most likely catch my eyes first but I will not fall for his unless I talk aleast a couple of times. Goodlooks do count, I do not want to get up next to an ugly guy after a great night. no I will not go out with someone only because he's hot Personality counts a lot

I would definitely go on his personality.His over all personality..His looks also counts and his good attitude. I don't care if he's hot or not.Anyway,I could handle that one!;) ..Most especially he is patient.Because we,girls, are vulnerable.We are sensitive in all things..

actually with some people, they must have a coversation with the person before they could feel the attraction. in other cases, like mine for instants, you get that attraction right away. the day my boyfriend and i started to go steady was the day after he and i met.i don't know if its lust but damn it felt good to have that connection with him. and yeah, for that 'love at first sight' thing to really work good looks are needed. but with people who are'nt that goodlooking the person more or less has to be close to you so as you interact with each other more they begin to forget about the outside and have longings to search beneath skin. yeah i know, i totally talk like a shrink.

appearance may be deceiving but knowing the person first is the most important.

guys who are kind and respectful, honest and loving are much appealing to me than hot guys who can be arrogant and a jerk

Im married but still look-LOL What gets my attention first would be there body. Then it would be his eyes. And to keep my attenion he would have to be a good flirt. If I wasnt married and could date. I would have to say his personality.

I always tend to go for intelligence first...It is all in how well a guy can talk to me or understand me when he listens...A wonderful personality also is tops on my list...Intelligence,personality,artist...These are the top 3 things i look for first...Of course some attractive has to be present...on looks I look at the eyes first on a guy...

When I was younger I went out with guys who looked good. I had children with two of them. Then I started looking at personality instead. Stupid people still ask me why I never married my first son's father. He was a nice looking body builder. I tell them if marriage was just sitting him in the corner and looking at him, that would be fine. Unfortunately, he speaks. And besides, looks change. He's ugly now, 20 years later. Lol. My second sons father was nice looking too. But before having a child with him I didn't look for signs of bipolar disorder and OCD. Those things are very common in people nowadays and can make lives miserable. I'd rather be happy with an ugly person than miserable with someone that looks nice.
