I cried a lot when I watched this movie as well. When I watched it, this is why I cried. I really thought about my mother and father. It was though, it was their story told on film. My father passed away, and I swear he left somewhat of a similar plan as it happened in the movie. It was unbelievable. I definitely feel it is a very deep movie. I'm not usually the type of person to cry either, but this movie really got me. With life, when people can relate even to a small detail or line from a movie, it tends to become more than just a movie and seems much more realistic, as someone's true story. Sorry for your recent tragedies. :(
Many blessings to you.

Hi Raydene, I have read the book by Cecelia Ahern P.S. I Love You which is what the film is taken from but I haven't got round to seeing the movie yet, my eldest daughter said that when she went to see it half the audience at the cinema where in tears. Like you say also you are not usually so emotion but due to recent events it is understandble that the film affected you more bless and made you cry. Tears are good, they help heal some of the hurt. If my daughter cried to the film I know for sure when I do get to see it I will too though. Ellie :D

No, I haven't seen it, but I don't think it would make me cry. I'm not that sort of person.

Hi raydene! I do agree with you dear friend. I do like the movie. It is really touching and I did cry too maybe because of having experienced also losing someone I love and somehow, it does bring back the pain and hurt. Just my thoughts. Take care and have a nice day!

Actually b4 seeing i was prepared to cry and all these stuff...but the movie really sucks:s
there's no tragedie in it, nthg to be sad for, no story no end no nothing :s it's really lame ... i think the propaganda made it famous more than the viewers opinon...:)

Lovely movie. I cried as well. It is a movie intended to move you and I think that most people with empathy would be moved. We feel empathy for the young woman and her loss. We feel joy as she relives the great love she felt for her husband and finally finds her way through her loss. We feel his great love for her and the effort it took for him to do what he did as he was losing his life. All of this made the movie really lovely.
Funny that it really got panned by the critics. Shows you what they know.
