The technician can run the sales?

Our comapany is a factory ,so there are so many people in the company.Our office have five people ,three is International trade sales,one is technician,and one is boss.But now I feel I have at sea. I don't know why the technician take his hand to our job.I'm very chagrin.Who can tell us the technician if can run the sales?

Hello, beasyvan. I'm afraid he might can, anybody can if he works hard enough and tries to learn more. Yes, his English might not as good as yours, or he may not know the market well.But he know the quality, the material and technology to make the product, thus he can better explain it to customer, who will then get a better picture of your products.
Why not try working hard, and try to learn sth better? Don't care about others, be yourself, do your best and you'll make it
