Programs, not jail for kids.

Many of our children in conflict with the law badly need support and right motivation. Putting them to prison should be last recourse.

I thought children are being confined at DSWD or some institution.
I also believe that childrens who were able to break the law should not be put to jail. Chances are, they might be influenced with bad people inside, or be a subject for abuse.

i not sure to say your right or wrong.I don`t see jail teaching them anything.But on the other hand, how many would follow through in a program?I don`t know what the answer is.You talk to them till your blue in the face,they say ok,turn right around and do it all over again.
