computer virus at my working place

what a really mess up, i just not able to work with my computer for 2 days and can't connect to internet from 2 days also from my office. My admin networking, my computer spread virus to LAN computers.
what i know i got the virus name cpaner virus. it was scanned by kaspersky but still not detected. scanned by symantec, its able to detect but not able to clean successfully
i just don't know what to do since i also have daily report which should be done.
now, the problem already fix and i am glad that i can visit mylot while i am doing my working in my pc. just more comfortable if we working at our own pc at office, right?

remove the virus manually....
1. know the location of the virus
2. restart and press f8
3. boot to safemode
4. delete! delete! delete!
5. restart
6. Boot normally and scan again

Wow, that is terrible. I've never had a virus at work, but once long ago we had a static attack that wiped out a lot of data and ruined some applications. It was horrible. Now, although they have new kinds of carpeting that withstand static, I always put a rubbermaid carpet protector under any desk that I put a computer on.
