quite a good book. i enjoyed reading this one

I loved this book! :) My sister read it out loud to me the first time, and I've been entranced with it ever since. I've never quite figured out the ending though. Any ideas what actually happens? Does he survive? Does he find a new world? Does he just pass out?

Yes I have read it and enjoyed it very much. I also read The Messenger by Lowry and another mylotter has recommended Gathering Blue as well. I enjoy reading youth novels.
