I really love if i can sleep at least 6 to 8 hours or more if ever but that was hard to do as there are nights that i need to wake up when my daughter awake too. I need to wake up when she is already wake because she will do anything to wake me up. I also had an obligation everyday and there are times that i sleep at 12 am already.

I'm not really sure how many hours I prefer. I mean I sleep until I wake up. I don't know how long it is. It's usually pretty short. I can't normally fall asleep at night and I just stay up and watch t.v. And then when my husband wakes up for work I normally wake up with him. The only thing is I would get a nap in around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. So I don't know. I just figured til I well rested in my eyes.

I prefer to sleep 8 to 10 hours. However, sometimes I only sleep 4 or 5 hours. Last night I only slept 3.
Other times, especially on the weekends I sleep 10-12 hours.
I am definitely not a morning person. I like to stay up late and sleep in.

On a good night I get about five or six hours. Last night I got four hours. That's about normal for me. Now as far as the amount I prefer, that would be atleast eight hours. Sleep has never came easy to me, even as a child. I guess my brain is always thinking about something, whether it be worrying about someone or something, or being excited about something that I know is going to happen. This is why I'm such a loyal coffee drinker, something has to keep me going throughout my day. :)

7.5 hours.
that's enough while not too much.
but a pity is that we can't always do what we want to do.
