A hotel in Agra, India

Hi there, I have a plan to go to visit India sometime next year. So earlier today I decided to do a bit of searching and looking around for hotels in Agra. I came across one of the hotel where is not too far from Taj Mahal. It is Taj View Hotel. On its website it said the hotel is situated with three kilometers of the Taj Mahal. I like this hotel as it is not too far from Taj Mahal. So I checked for the room rate. A Superior room with twin bed cost about 3,500 INR. I have converted this 3,500 INR to US Dollars and it came out about 84 US Dollars. My question is - If you are in Agra, India and know this hotel or if you have been staying there before, please can you make comment about that hotel regarding services, convenience, location (Is it easy to get there? Is it near a market or shopping area?) Or if you know any other hotels that you might want to recommend me then please do so. I am willing to take every recommendation and advice. I am looking for a three or four-star hotel where is not located too far from a market or shopping area. Safe for two female tourists. And also my last question, is 84 USD - 100 USD per night for a hotel in India is expensive or is that cheap....or mid price? ^^ Thank you. ^^
