As you said, you are diagnosed very early. This if followed up by proper treatment can save your uterus and fertility also!! I would like to say that this is one of the very few cancers that can actually be "Curable 100%". So, dont worry, get a simple procedure done.
As far as vaccine is concerned, I havent heard of it in my country or my books. Vaccine is against microbes, not against your own cells, so i dont hink there can be a effective vaccine. Get treated and get ready for a long life.. ;)
P.S: Get routine mamograms done, as it is more aggressive type of a cancer.

It is a big thing and doesn't seem to be that bad of an idea...i probably should have had it when i was pregnant with my daughter (that's when it came out) but then I didn't get it and now I am too old!

I am not so knowledgeable, but if you already have the abnormal cells, isn't it too late for a vaccine, and instead time to focus on treatment?
I am too old for this shot. I recommend yearly complete physical exams including pap smears. That way anything present can be caught early and treated in a timely manner.
Good luck with everything, best wishes!
