Hey cornships, thanks for sharing this good news with us. Surely the tomato is heart shaped and hence good for the heart. Eat it fresh or cooked and you live long. I also saw another discussion here about potatoes and how good they are for diabetics.
I think we have informed guys here to keep un in the know.
Thanks.

Hi Corn chips,
Tomatoes contain large amounts of vitamin C, providing 40 percent of the daily value (DV), 15 percent DV of vitamin A, 8 percent DV of potassium, and 7 percent of the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) of iron for women and 10 percent RDA for men.
This also has lycopenes which are placed in the inside cell wall of the fruit. If you cook it with a little olive oil , they are released and are very useful for the lungs and the heart. They are absorbed more when they are cooked with olive oil.
So eat moe andmore of tomatoes. They are very good for health. I like to eat raw tomatoes also witha little salt & pepper or a little sugar on top.
