Had it happened to you before?

I was just wondering if ever you have experienced lately wherein you felt very passed out due to a very tiring day and you seem exhausted at all. Not knowing the fact that you have forgot to lock your doors and just shocked to find it out early in the morning, what was your reaction? I also pondered whether you really don't forget to lock all up so that you will really feel secured at all times. Also, I just want to share that it had happened to me a lot of times already. I only live alone in our house together with my older brother who don't really like to stay that much at home because he is very busy making some money on his own. As a student, because of such very tiring days and I know you have experienced that before I guess (giggles). Crimes are very rampant in the society where I currently belong right now and I will try to do my best to avoid that stuff again. Have a great time my dear friends. ^_^

Oh yes I have done this before a couple of times, I have got up of a morning and realised that I had left a window open or the back door!! I then think that I am lucky not to have had any night time visitors while sleeping in my bed!! I am lucky in that where I live there is a very low crime rate, but still it is not something that I make a habit of doing all the time!

Well, we live on a main street, very busy at times, and we are the ONLY house right here. My boys come and go so much, being teenagers. My back door gets locked everynight because it might blow open if it gets windy and my dogs might get out through the night.
But, my front door has not been locked in SO long that we lost the key for the door. We are planning to replace the lock this summer, but not sure if we would lock it anymore than we do now.
I have three dogs in the house and one time someone did walk into my house thinking no one was home and my dog wouldn't let that person past the one door way and chased him out the side door of our home. So, with her in the house, I feel very safe right now.
Thanks for the question.
