Let me preface this by saying this is a wonderful question. I love questions that make me think and you have accomplished that. 15 words is difficult. It is more than a quote but less than a full lesson so you have to be concise but get your point across. let me think about this....... Ok here goes.
"If you are capable, help your neighbors. Care about others around you, change the world."

My 15 words to millions of people would be:
"Judge not what you don't know, learn to understand and embrace instead. Individualism is beautiful."
This was definitely something to make one think. Great question.
