Has anybody receive their TAX rebate yet?

We filed on line and did direct deposit. The check was in our checking account in less than a week. That was awesome, we have never got it back that fast before.

My husband has not received his check yet.Ours is supposed to go into the account on May 9. But I check earlier and it wasn't in there yet.We did receive the postcard so I'm not worried about.And everyone who filed will be getting a check.hope you get your check soon.

I got mine last week. However, my BF, who has lower digits at the end of his SSN, has not gotten his. We filed at the same time and both chose direct deposit, so we're guessing the delay comes from the fact that he owed the IRS money this year, and I did not. Maybe because they had already used direct deposit for my regualr refund, it went faster? I really have no idea. I'm sure they will catch up with everyone eventually, but it is a huge undertaking to go through and see who qualifies and for how much out of the millions of people who file. Even longer for those that still file by mail, all the info probably has to be input to computers before thay can make any move on the rebates.

We got ours on Friday through direct deposit. If you filed you'll get it and as I understand it those who got their refund through direct deposit will be the first to get their rebate and mine came just when it was supposed to. Annie

I have received mine already. I have had it in my account for about 2 weeks now. If you get it driect deposited you get it sooner. It is based on the last 2 digits of your social. I believe it is for all people who filed last year. Go to the IRS website. They should be able to answer any questions you have.

We haven't, but i am still holding out hope. Ours will come by mail so i trot out everyday, hold my breath and open the mailbox door only to pull out more bills. But as i said Hope springs eternal! From what we can find out ours should be mailed out around the 16th of this mo..

My parents got theirs deposited in their account last week or so. Mine isn't due until next week I think, according to the IRS site and my SS #. Check out http://www.irs.gov and get the full scoop.

My husband and I just recently received ours. I think the stimulus thing depends on if you qualify. I think it has something to do with how much income you had during the year and maybe some other stuff. I'm not sure exactly how they figure it out. I think not everybody who files gets the payment, but you definitely can't get it without filing. It sounds like most people probably will get at least something though.

no, we have not gotten ours yet. We are supposedly scheduled for the 16th. I am having a difficult time trying to "not count my chickens before they hatch" as we never did get anything from the last "tax rebate" a few years ago. I went to the "when to expect your stimulus check" web page and put in the info and it replied that the status of our stimulus payment is unknown. that makes me a wee bit uneasy

Well neither my mom nor I received a postcard but I do hope that we get the rabate because we could really use it. I have heard that some people here in my have received theirs.

I have not received anything yet. We would have, but my husband's account is all messed up. We will be receiving ours in June, sadly. We were supposed to be getting it directly deposited into his bank account.
