This Is Outrageous!!!!

Why would anyone propose to borrow from a children's education and health fund? Instead of placing taxes on luxuries like beer, stripping, ITunes, and all the other junk that is not really needed. That is outragous! The kids need that stuff. The world could live without all those other usless things. Taking away money from kids education and health is like stealing!
